Every pre-sale listing includes an estimated shipping window at the bottom of the product description. Orders containing pre-sale items will ship once all items are in stock. If you’d like items to ship as they become available, please place separate orders. Thank you for your understanding!

Where are the Sweaty Melon products manufactured?

We are proudly designed and made in the USA, from start to finish. We partner with small, trusted manufacturers and fabric knitters to ensure quality and care in every stitch.

What is the Sweatparator made out of? 

Just like the cups in your sports bra and that trusty makeup sponge, we’re putting performance polyester and latex-free polyurethane foam to very good use.

Where does Sweaty Melons ship from? How long will my order take to ship?

We ship all of our products from the beautiful state of Oregon. We are a small but mighty team of two and strive to have your order shipped 2-4 days after placing your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also log in to your Sweaty Melons account and view your order history for tracking details.

How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping takes 2 to 5 business days. Please note that processing and packaging time takes an additional 2-4 business days.
