Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, the Sweatperator must remain sealed inside the original plastic bag with the informational sticker intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that have been opened or used. Hats and washing bags are final sale.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the request.

Simply send your item back to us — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — and we’ll gladly cover the shipping cost to send your first exchange back your way. (For any additional exchanges, standard shipping rates will apply.) Returns where the customer paid for shipping incur a $2 restocking fee per item. Returns from orders that received free shipping incur a $7 fee to offset shipping and handling costs, plus $2 per item restocking fee. International orders are final sale.
